Recording Activities on Third-Party Applications
You can record an activity on a Third-Party Watch App such as Apple Fitness, Strava and Peloton as you normally would. Once you have completed the activity it will automatically be imported from Apple Health into Loops if you allowed read and write permissions between the Third-Party Application and Apple Health.
You do not have to allow permissions to automatically import activities recorded on Apple's Workout Watch App.
