The following article will introduce you to recording activities on your Apple Watch for the purpose of completing your Daily Goals created using Loops Goal Builder. Record your Workout
Record a workout that matches the goal you set by choosing the activity labeled “Goal”. Your target HR zone and duration will automatically populate so you can be sure to hit your goal! If you want to do a different activity, click the drop-down arrow in the top right corner to view more activity types.
Stay in your Target Heart Rate Zone using the live HR Feed.
Use the live Heart Rate Zone guidance to get the most out of every single workout. You’ll know exactly when you’re in your target zone, so no workout goes wasted!
Feel the Finish Line
The Loops Watch app makes it easy to train in the sweet spot by letting you know exactly when you've fulfilled your body's daily capabilities that were set out by your Daily Outlook. Once you’ve hit your goal, we’ll notify you and give you the option to end your workout or keep going!
Workout Summary and Results
View a summary of your results, including the amount of time spent in each Heart Rate Zone. Your workout will be automatically imported into the Loops iPhone app where you can view a detailed breakdown of your activity.
Recording Activities on Third-Party Applications
You can record an activity on a Third-Party Watch App such as Apple Fitness, Strava and Peloton as you normally would. Once you have completed the activity it will automatically be imported from Apple Health into Loops if you allowed read and write permissions between the Third-Party Application and Apple Health.
You do not have to allow permissions to automatically import activities recorded on Apple's Workout Watch App.
