Loops requires you to measure your HRV daily in a controlled state using your Apple Watch every day before 12:00 PM.
To complete a morning breathe session, open the Mindfulness App on your Apple Watch and select Breathe. Set the Breathe time to 1 minute and follow the on screen instructions. You must complete the breathe session before 12:00PM each day to successfully measure your HRV.
It’s really important that you get an accurate reading. To maximize your accuracy try to:
Do your breathe session within 5-10 minutes of waking up
Do not do anything before your breathe - no coffee, activities, shower, work, etc.
Sit still - don’t talk or move your body in any way.
