To get the most accurate experience while using Loops, we require you to measure your HRV every morning using the Mindfulness App on your Apple Watch. In order to build and maintain an accurate baseline it is very important to record your HRV around the same time every morning. You can set your Morning Breathe Reminder on the home screen when your first download loops. You can always change and edit the time of this reminder in the settings tab.
